I find the Messi saga every summer really tedious. Every year it was whether he would sign a new deal at Barca (we knew he would) then they got rid as they had to, then he didn't really want to be at PSG so would he return to Barca, this year the will he stay at PSG/go to Saudi/ no he's gone to Miam.i Suppose next summer it will be a return to Barca on the cards! Reds also interested in Manu Kone and Kephram Thuram as 2 more midfield options.

A complete revamp for them and not a Nunes or Neves in sight.

Never bought into that one to be honest.

1) I know we do weird things but fronting up ~£40m to effectively have a player on loan for a year?
2) Why wouldn't Liverpool just buy him straight away if they wanted him
3) Even if you take a very charitable view of what he is (not easy given 70-80% of his performances for us) he doesn't look like a Klopp midfielder at all
