Sky Sports reporting that Zaha has been offered £15m per year by Al Nassr too.

Premier League will be looking over its shoulder too if the Saudi League hoover up middle of the road players on 300k per week contracts. It will seriously start to affect their 'product' in the medium term.

That in turn could lead to the Sky Six being a bit more determined to force through the Superleague.

I don’t think the likes of Liverpool or Arsenal will suddenly want to push through a super league containing the Sportswash clubs. Even Juventus have today pulled out of the original concept that was supposed to have City in and PSG on the outside looking in. Now we have Newcastle no doubt wanting to take the spot originally ear marked for Arsenal or Spurs, and United fans crying about potentially being taken over by the richest bloke in Britain because he isn’t a nation state trying to sportswash.

It’s much more likely that a “world league” will be the new concept and all the Saudi PIF clubs will be in along with a load of the giant names who now will not be able to compete financially. And it will be shit. While still managing to destroy the fabric of domestic football. Terrific. As soon as PIF were allowed any sort of grip on any sport this became inevitable.

So what would be the reaction if the Saudis answered Fosun's plea for investment and drove up to Molineux with an artic full of gold bars and cash?

Liverpool signing Alexis Mac Allister for £35m, great buy.

Seems a low fee for a Brighton player or do they just prefer ramming Chelsea on prices?

Seems like it was a release clause in his contract

really good signing for them, and a really good price. Will suit them better than Thiago, and likely to compliment him well if that is what Klopp is seeking.

Will be interesting to see how he gets on, goals aside (and there's been a fair few, obviously) I'm not sure I've seen him take a grip of a game all too often.

Messi going to Miami.
Step one...

EDIT: After double checking this "fact", looks like it ay official yet. ;)

Talk that Messi is going to get a direct cut of the Apple TV revenue, which is kind of nuts.

Bellingham to Madrid pretty much done. Assume Birmingham will get a nice little payout from that

Looking to bring in Phonsie Davies to let Camavinga slide back to midfield, too.

If I was Harry Kane and the opportunity to play in front of that midfield is real, I'd be taking it. PL goalscoring record ;) or not...

ESPN running the Messi to Inter story now.

I’m going to love watching how this goes, whether he bangs in 5 a game, totally flames out, or anywhere in between.

Big sport media here will hate being forced to cover MLS over one guy, and I love it.
