The Transfer Thread 2019/20 - everything not Wolves

Wow - a two second mention.

This is sooooooooo SKY SIX orientated its fucking unwatchable.

AREN’T YOU SATISFIED WITH HEARING 30 MINUTES OF PAUL FUCKING POGBA AND WHETHER GARETH BALE WILL MOVE FROM MADRID

Theyre trying to turn football into south american soap opera for men, I refuse to watch any gossip/pudit/"news" shows. 99.99% of all transfer speculation is completely made up with zero sources

It's alright - they are stepping away from transfers to show their exclusive Mourinho interview again. That's the fourth time in three hours.

As Paddy says though it all starts with Utd stupidity and trickles down. Dunk for £40m+Maguire would be a good deal for Leicester. Brighton will then pay £20m for someone like Webster from Bristol City, who will then...

Not happened yet. At least Maguire is over his dose of the shits.
I presume SSN had Maguire's bad stomach as a breaking news story yesterday, yellow banner and Rob Dorsett sat outside his lav

Have you really been watching rolling, generally recurring, news for three hours? Surely you could've watched an actual programme in that time or even a film.

Been cooking and had it on running in the background as the kids were out. Never bothered changing the channel. Watched the actual 7pm show with a bit more interest, but otherwise very much just background noise.

Now, a couple of years ago, well maybe five, an evening of SSN as things were breaking was if not de rigeur, certainly understandable. From what I have seen lately, the channel is dying on its arse.

I don't think I've ever turned it on since it got removed from Freeview. Used to be the only passable background channel I had available to me back then but never felt the need to return to it since.

Villa getting Heaton from Burnley for £8m. A position they needed to upgrade on and done it very well indeed.

Great news for England that as it means both Heaton and Pope will be in the window and both are better than Tyrannopickford and I hope that Gareth spots it. Personally, Pope for me.

I watch it sky sports news at most 10 days a year. As DW says twitter has blown most of its relevance out the window. Only relevant on transfer deadline day or soccer Saturday but even then I prefer match day live on Talksport.

They seem to have spent a lot of money on unproven players this summer but I think this is anything but. He's an excellent signing.

Think they’ve got more than enough to survive, not my favourite club at all but have some quality in midfield and heaton is a very astute signing. Would have Norwich, Sheff Utd, Brighton and Burnley ahead of them for the drop.

I really really really really really want Bournemouth to go down. Horrible club.

I have not been impressed with Villas signings until now, Heaton is a fantastic buy for a newly promoted team.
Their defence is still no where near good enough.
Their midfield and forward line look shaky.
I fancy Newcastle, Brighton, and Sheffield Utd to go down, with Norwich and Villa scrapping against relegation

Sheff Utd spending £20m on Ollie McBurnie from Swansea

This in spades love to play the sweet little Bournemouth sanctimonious card when it suits them but are anything but.
