Lansbury to Villa close to a done deal.

Norwich City agree £4.3m deal with Sporting Lisbon for left-back Marvin Zeegelaar.
40k a week for Lansbury. Madness. He really isn't that good.

Jake Livermore completes move to West Brom for £10m. Little over-priced for me.

Don't really think he's any better than what they already have in Fletcher/Yacob.

I guess he's a younger version, but not the type of signing I'd want to be seeing if I was a fan of a club looking to solidify a place in the Top 10. Ighalo for £17m is bizarre though, way over priced for 1/2 a good season a year ago.

I thought Berahino had dropped off the planet, interesting to see if he can get back to the form he has showed in the past now.

Fonte to West Ham is a decent signing for them.

Marseille willing to meet Wolfsburg full-back Ricardo Rodriguez's €22m release clause; face competition from Inter. Good value.

Rodriguez is class. Surprised no Premier League team has gone in for him at that price.

Stoke City finally get their man as Berahino signs from the Albion.

Still young enough so good signing. Not for this season. He needs to get fit and sharp over the next few months. Put a tenner on him getting 20 goals next year though if he stays fit.

Absolute carnage at Barnsley. Looking like they'll lose half their starting XI this window.

Winnall and Bree gone. Richards and Hourihane both on their way somewhere and now Marley Watkins sticks in a transfer request.

Plus MacDonald is supposed to be going to Norwich

Watford signing Mauro Zarate (which is a rubbish idea) and M'Baye Niang (which could turn out to be a masterstroke).

God knows how much Villa have spent this season. They'll be right in the shit if they fail in the next couple of years. Massive wages too.

Steve Bruce spunking loads of money on players? Doesn't sound like him!
He'll probably get them up, sign more tat and have them lingering above relegation when he inevitably gets sacked.

When I watched Niang for Milan last season I really liked him. Haven't seen much Serie A this season though, has he gone off the boil?

Dodgy attitude and Montella has had enough of it by the sounds of things.

He's either been totally disinterested or hit his head too hard over the offseason; his decision making and work rate have been awful this year. Looks like he's wearing weight shoes.
