I used to love drinking scrumpy in the summers, but I haven't been able to drink cider since summer 2008. I was camping in Tewksbury and had about 3 pints of Old Rosie. Evil hangover the next day. Evil evil evil.

Hearing from my youngest that his first weeks trading in his own business has done at least 125% of the minimum to break even (& pay him a reasonable wage). At last he will be reaping the rewards of his hard work instead of putting cash into someone else's pocket.

Indeed Scrumpy is a fantastic drink, even more so if you can get it from Somerset!
However I am quite content substituting it for Strongbow and a slab of cheese on some crusty bread!
