Some places out in the Plains will do things like deep fried sticks of butter during community fairs and whatnot. Absolutely revolting idea.

My 10 year old daughter is a brilliant swimmer.
Loves being in the water.
Went for her suitability assessment to become a lifeguard a couple of weeks ago.
Swam 15 full lengths in 4 different styles, practically non stop.
Passed, and tomorrow, starts her actual training. So proud of her. Brilliant kid.
