Finally got a external mic that bloody works now. Brought a Rode Videomic go and it recorded a bad amount of buzzing around electrical equipment, brought the Videomic Pro plus and its perfect, so yes Im happy now.

The sheer joy of getting a decent home communication setup should not be underestimated. I got 'given' a very good Polycom home mic/speaker - makes might life much happier than wearing headset, earpieces etc.

Desi Pub - New Soho Tavern in Hockley - Brilliant food, brilliant service. Fantastic.

If you like Indian Food and live within 20 miles then you must go.

They are addictive, I crave them if I haven't had one for a while, looking at that video today tipped me over the edge

The 'new' (bet they've been open for years) services at Rugby. Loads of charging points for the motor in an emergency, a great play area for the kids and a generally more pleasant option then Corley for my match day trip.
