The Things You Are HAPPY About Thread.

Looked it up out of curiosity.

1.72m
73kg

(The latter is mostly around that figure, I go up and down like Luther Vandross sometimes)

I might start using those, no-one knows if they're good or bad.

But bags of cement are metric. Same with sands. 25 or 37.5kg depending on what you are buying.

Cement 50 and 100 weight, they added some more to the 50 bag when they had to sell in kg, and they got rid of the big old bags, thank god

Apart from miles I think I'm pretty much metric only now. Never understood stones and pounds, it's just bizarre

Nah, I dunno. Bet you were saying with Doherty in 2015 "that prick is a stone overweight". Not "that prick is 6.35kg overweight".

Given up to pretty much a few weeks ago I've always been at least 10kg overweight (if not quite a bit more at times) I usually don't say much about weight. I was fully down with calling him a lazy prick though.

Ah, you look pretty trim to me mate. But then I get this, apparently I look fine, I'll pick fault with it though.

I'm up and down like Danielle Lloyd's knickers, it's always within about a 5lb range either side I think. Just depends how active I am, thankfully my tabs seem to have stopped causing water retention which was causing me to balloon for no good reason.

never really understood that feet, inches, pounds..easier with the metric system for me..guess because im used to it...currently 1.84m, 107kg..wanna be about 90-95kg..when i played football i was around 78-82kg

I've lost well over a stone the last few weeks, probably more now as I haven't weighed myself in a couple of weeks. Still a long way to go but it's not like it wasn't needed!

I've lost 12kg so far, which is around 2 stone I think :). Feel tons better for it, boring at times tho. Aiming to lose another 10 kg all together.

I've piled it on the last 18 months, 18.5 stone atm. I'm happy at 16, the aim was 14 the other year. Seems a dream away at the moment, not as if I'm not active just love my beer and food too much!

I can't lose too much or I look ill and people get worried. Probably about half a stone away from where I want to be.

I've probably put weight on through lockdown, playing football is my only real regular exercise and that was out the window. Should get back to normal now it's started up again though, still missing midweek 5 a side but have at least been mountain biking more often with the lighter evenings.

Lost a stone and a half (still plenty to go) going low carb, i miss potatoes and sandwiches but it's working quite well

Got down to 12 and a half stone now which was my target weight - took 3 yrs to do it, but feel better for doing so

Now just need to keep it there

in pubs a standard keg is mostly referred to as an 11 (gallon), but in reality is 50 litres.

I'm 1 pound short of a two stone loss. My first gym session is on Monday and then it's spinning classes all the way to looking gaunt and very unwell.
