Finally, after five years of working my bollocks off absolutely ragging the overtime to smash a load off our mortgage the renovation work on our house is finally going to get underway. Had a decent looking company out today to survey the bathroom and kitchen, they're the two worst rooms in the house by a mile and having put up with them for a long time we may have gone a bit overboard. I couldn't give a fuck though, after all that grafting and long hours I think I deserve an oven than fucking cleans itself and a P shaped bath. And on top of that we've finally had the drawings back for the loft conversion and my man cave extension. Just got to tickle HSBC's ballbag now.
