Just about to put pen to paper on a 4 bedroom bungalow in a lovely quiet cul de sac, but am being held up because the other side's solicitor, has gone on holiday after failing to send a document sitting on her desk for 3 weeks to Land Registry. If she'd sent it before she went, I'd have been moving in this week....

But last Friday, a slightly larger one came on the market - 3 doors up, much better nick for 2k less and it has a much larger garden and it's East West facing (West facing Garden)... Instead of North/South (North facing rear garden).

Delighted!
Thank God (for once!) for indolent solicitors!

I listened to Heart a few months back, when the wife was in the office.........it was basically Ed Sheeran with some adverts. I think they played different songs of his, but they all sounded the same
