Ah the old twisted ankle scam, it's been years since i used that one.

'Tis true unfortunately Trev. Unbeknown to me the kids had left a teddy on the stairs and I trod on it yesterday morning and proceeded to meet the hall wall with face. My ankle is fucked anyway after breaking it and tearing the ligaments years ago, the slightest thing screws it up now.
