Back from hospital. Fibreglass pot removed and now to wear a Pneumatic Medical Fracture Boot until I can rebuild my leg muscles but at least I can take it off for a rest. The hard work starts here

oh and good luck to you Mike, im sure you will come back stronger..as someone else said, cant believe you lose all that muscles so fast....crazy shit

Cheers Fred.... Did some measurements and in 6 weeks I've lost 2 and a half inches from the left calf/leg and over 3 inches from the left thigh. The physio will sort it out in time, i'm sure!
