I've been in discussions over night with the Prediction International League Licensing and Organisational Committee (PILLOC's) and they have stated that they are looking at possibly banning the use of Cypro when making predictions. The reason that they gave is that there is the possibility to be able to predict the most ridiculous of results when under the influence of the said beverage.

I have however been granted a dispensation that you may continue to predict under the influence and that this forum will not be subject to any sanctions from the governing body because of this.

No extra points I'm afraid though.

A wise decision sir! Having discussed this with the Cypro Union of the Nine* Tavernas Society, they have decided that as the (PILLOC's) have clearly never tested the prediction affects of a cypro or six, they are in no position to judge on this matter, However, i seem to vaguely remember, the commitee did feel, with regard to your comments regarding the addition situation, that you may have sufficient evidence to act in this area.

The final vote re our position regarding the matter of addition was passed by a majority of 7 to 1, or 5 to 2 or maybe even 4 to 3, please excuse the uncertainty as it is very difficult to tell who's hand is raised to vote, and who is simply ordering another round.

* We are fairly sure there are 9 taverna's, but it must be stated as fact, that no one has yet got passed the ninth (if there is one) Taverna, to make a difin...Dfon...dfinititive....er final count possible.
