Will we see now we've missed that RWB Jonny move over and finally unleash The Vinagre ?

Our initial target was a LWB so we were either trying to overload the left side or the plan was Zinchenko/Vinagre and Jonny/Doc on the other side.

With Jonny and Dondencker's loan deals, would we be paying a loan fee for them given? Or would we just pay their full wages?

Jonny doesn't have an agreed fee so probably a fee for him.

There's no hard and fast rule - we've paid £3m for Jimenez AND we have an agreed fee to sign him (although I doubt we'll ever pay it unless he goes absolutely nuts this season).

Before anyone castigates us for not signing Moses, worth remembering that at various points this summer Chelsea have been asking £10m+ to loan their fringe players. Which is why hardly any of them have gone anywhere.

Not injured, still here, nowhere near our plans so training with the likes of Iorfa, Graham, Zyro, Mason, EEL, Gladon etc who are also not wanted.

I won't castigate about the Moses deal. That was a nice to have, not an essential. I think we are good to go.

Phil is not a real player you know - we just have a cardboard facsimile in the same way that shops put up 'pretend police' to deter shoplifting

I don’t think we’ll regret it- we’ve got Jonny there, with Vinagre waiting in the wings.

We’ve not strengthened at wing back, but I don’t think we’ve regressed either.

We've strengthened WB defensively with Jonny. But lost out slightly on corner delivery. Fair enough to me.

On the whole has been a cracking transfer window - we were always going to unlikely to solve all of the issues that people perceived were there, but has done a good job in dealing with most of them.

Roughly 5 months & we can do it all again in January
