It was a tight game, Scotland played really well first half but England's defence was epic.
Both teams were profligate in attack but especially Scotland were forced into errors.

Well I didn't know about that law, seems daft you can't jump over a tackle.

New one on me to, Scotland again proving they’re not as good as they think they’re. Could easily have lost that in the end, not sure having the wood over England over the past 5 years warrants the high opinion of themselves. Still more often than not they lose at least 2 games per 6 nations.

I feel like he jumped away from the tackle rather than jumping into it. No danger in what he did imv.

Had to put him on due to Lawrence injury.
It's been a good game, England dominating and playing some good stuff, albeit should have more points on the board. 2 fabulous bits of skill by Italy to keep them in it.

There's only so many spots on the bench though. I'd rather have Daly in the centre than him so no other alternative really.

Not really my point - I understand why they’ve put him there after the injury - I’d have Steward on the pitch but, as a Tigers fan, I do admit a certain bias!

I like Steward but I think Smith is more versatile.
