Yep, Argentina weren't a particularly good side in 86. They won it because of one man and nearly 40 years later that's still spoken about a lot
As in - you want him to look like Roberto Mancini every time ?Carsley looked a right scruff at the Villa game on Saturday evening! I thought it was just a fan at first but then realised it was him. Guess it doesn't really matter but I'm used to seeing the England manager in the crowd wearing an M&S suit and looking vaguely official!
Or he's just different?Carsley putting the cones out before the Ireland game looked desperately amateur.
did it look that way, or is that how you have chosen to interpret it?I don't know why he did it, but it looked desperately amateur.
That's very unfair I think .I don't know why he did it, but it looked desperately amateur.
I'm not bothered tbf, he's not my manager. Just looked a bit odd, not seen it with England 'managers' in the pastAs in - you want him to look like Roberto Mancini every time ?
Klopp , Pep........they never do , think Ancelotti always does wear one , Emery does too........Each to their ownManagers should definitely wear suits tho
What was it that Lambert famously said about Saiss...........was it ' we know what he can offer ' or something like that , and didn't play him .Confirmed that he was just not picked as Carsley wants to play the four that we've got across the two games, and there's no point calling up someone you already know everything about to not play any minutes. Which is fair enough.
