Yea the barcode man,some dispute on whether the chewing gum was the first actual barcoded item,didn't need to google him either.






It was on the 2pm news just before the archers,that's how I knew
 
David Bellamy has died at the age of 86
 
Ah man. Him, Johnny Morris and Attenborough were icons of my childhood.

Johnny Morris was a sort of quasi uncle as his sister trained my Mother as a district nurse & was my Godmother so she acted as an Aunt.

Met him a couple of times though doubt that he would have remembered.
 
Another one you thought had died years ago,Sheila mercer (Annie Sugden from emmerdale) aged 100
 
Nicky Henson (74) - various TV stuff but probably best remembered for the Fawlty Towers psychotherapist episode which was a classic
 
Sad news, is that 4 of the 11 now? Wilson, Peters, Ball and Moore. Jackie C not well either.
 
Musical genius Neil Innes aged 75,properly sad at that
 
That is sad, I've got Urban Spaceman going through my head now !
 
Ah .. the Bonzo's. The joys of Vivian Stanshall. May they be making sweet mirth high above.
