I thought i'd join you. I disagree with Alan quite a lot and he posts more often that you do these days but the insults he gets and that you have tonight are just needless. I get people are passionate and have opinions but it's a football forum and we all know which is more cuntish don't we and disagreeing with a refereeing decision it isn't but insulting/name calling definitely is.

Come on guys, we're going soft here. I think everyone knows really that the Colombian "headbutt" wasn't a red and so has to say Henderson is because it doesn't look hypocritical. Yellows for both are fine imo. Colombia are shithouses though and the ref has lost it but he's got to get a grip and we've just got to remain calm. Colombia are spoiling their chances right now because they aren't concentrating on the game.

Under the laws of the game both were red card offences.

Regarding the referee, how can he control the game when Colombia are out of control? Yellow cards haven't helped him, and doubt if red cards will.

FIFA need to look into the antics, not just in this game, but in the tournament as a whole.

I've said that 99% of the time that the Colombian would probably get a red card but imo yellow was right. He didn't hurt Henderson and was never going to but he was stupid, yellow fine for me.

Agree with you on the antics though, it's piss poor.

Ref not issuing red card for first head butt, means that Henderson had free pass for second one. Has failed entirely to control players, and is the usual result of appointing officials from a minor league to huge games.
