Didn't see the decision, but a well taken penalty by Moses - didn't look phased at all by the crap that was going on around him

I agree with this but if you're giving everyone of those ones then you're giving 4 or 5 a game. He doesn't actually impede him or pull him down, having your arms on someone isn't actually a foul.

If you do it in the penalty area on a F/K or corner, just gives the ref a decision to make & clearly they now have instructions to deal with it

Whether it really blocks the forward off is irrelevant (though some of the earlier ones clearly did)

I think it's softish but you're inviting it given the current climate. And I'd rather see it totally eradicated more than anything. Not to come over all Sammy Sunday League or anything but I have never played in any team where players have been instructed to manhandle opponents in the box. It's crept into the pro game and it's total nonsense, it isn't even defending.

ION, Jon Obi Mikel is still on a one man mission to annoy me as much as humanly possible. Why play a 20 yard ball forward to an open man in the final third when there's a five yard backward pass on :icon_lol:

Yes and it's about time ref's started giving pens for wrestling on corners.... this world cup has been a breath of fresh air. I hope it continues in the domestic game
