The only thing that needs to happen is the referees need to clamp down on when time wasting his happening excessively and also start booking players earlier in the game rather than give out the token yellow card for it on about 85 where there is no chance they will be given a 2nd.

As soon as yellows start being dished out earlier in games it will deter it straight away, unfortunately just like when they think their decision always has to be changed when going to the VAR monitor they haven't got the balls to sort it.
