It is interesting how we have had Tannehill, Geno Smith and Darnold all completely revive their careers or what people think of them by moving on and sitting and developing (Okay not Tannehill as he started immediately after moving) - but does make you wonder how many others might have done the same if given a chance.

Yeah, fairly sure that it can be amended without much hassle if the two sides agree. Could be tricky, though; dunno who Atlanta would find to take on that sort of contract with the way Cousins has played lately.

He does. He'll probably do what Carr did and force them to pay him off, then get paid again to be a bridge to a rookie somewhere. You have to tip your cap to his business savvy across his career.
