There was also some questionable officiating on that play. One official blew his whistle for a false start/illegal formation, the play should have been dead. They huddle together, decide it was an illegal shift which can be declined, declare it a fumble? Really?

Illegal Formation doesn't kill the play IIRC. Still a very eyebrow-raising sequence.

Hope the 49ers like the cold. Weather looks brutal in Buffalo for tonight's late game.

I was originally just looking at how bad it was but got completely distracted by how depressingly early the sunset will be:

F is much, much worse. Yeah, having water's freezing point at 32 and boiling point at 212 makes SO much more sense than 0 and 100 🙄

Fahrenheit was binned by anyone with any sense centuries ago. Mericans gonna be mericans though.

Real nasty hit by Al-Shaair on a defenseless Trevor Lawrence. Mass brawl ensues, Al-Shaair ejected, Lawrence out for the game.
Offsetting penalties mean that the hit is effectively not penalized. Rules need changing - actions after the play is over should not be allowed to offset violent fouls.

That's one of my favourite wins of the season for the Vikings, some really important players on the defensive side went out of the game and they were up against it and came back brilliantly, Darnold threw some nice balls their at the end. 10-2

The decline of Justin Tucker is sad to see, especially now that they've added the missing piece with Derrick Henry.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the Ravens inevitable playoff defeat coming because of him no longer being great rather, than Lamar failing to shine in the playoffs.
