Quick question about the playoffs.

What happens if both wildcards get all the way to the Conference game before the Superbowl? Who gets home field advantage?

The rules say it's decided by head to head record, then win-loss record. But what if they haven't played each other in the regular season and their win-loss record is identical?

Does the regular season schedule always guarantee that everyone in the same conference plays each other at least once?

Do the playoff games ever count towards the win-loss records in deciding home field advantage?

Huge win for the Falcons. NFC South there for the taking!

Saints made our worst defence look like super heros! Love beating the saints!

Well the Bills finished with a winning record for only the 2nd time in 15 years but failed to make the playoffs because they played like chumps against the 3-13 Raiders! Consolation prize was beating the Patriots for the first time at the Gillette Stadium, holding the Patriots without a TD for the 1st time in about 11 years! Still, with their talent missing the playoffs has to be seen as a failure for the Bills.

Falcons completely bottled it against the Panthers, what a let down. Reckon the Superbowl winners will come from the Seahawks, Cowboys or Packers, can't see an AFC team winning it. Anyone but the Patriots though...

Cowboys - Broncos for me.

I said on here after the Superbowl last year it would be Seahawks Vs. Colts and have backed that. I have sneeky feeling the Steelers will beat the Patriots to get in.

I don't think the Colts are good enough on defense to be seriuos contenders. My money is on Seahawks v Patriots with the Legion of Boom hopefully destroying them and Brady being forced to retire due to the emotional trauma of it all...

Personally I'd rather Seahawks and Broncos aren't in the superbowl just because they were last year. Patriots Cowboys would be fun.

Ravens vs Steelers seems like a good way to start the play offs.

Doug Marrone quits as HC of the Bills... Something of a surprise since he led them to their best record in 10 years.

He just quit? Strange one.

Obviously got something lined up. NY Jets maybe now that Ryan has gone?

That still would seem odd to me. That Buffalo D is no joke.

He had zero input on the defensive side of the ball, that D was all the work of Jim Schwartz and a whole bunch of elite talent on the d-line: Mario Williams, Kyle Williams, Marcell Dareus and Jerry Hughes are the best front 4 in the NFL, no question. Marrone was an offensive HC, and the Bills offense was putrid. I'm surprised he's gone, but not overly disappointed. A good HC would have had this Bills team in the playoffs, with the talent they have. I hope he goes to the Jets, I'd love to see the hot mess that offense would become under him and Geno Smith.

Steelers at home against the Ravens at 1am UK time.

Make or break for the Ravens

Panthers shooting themselves in the foot so far, down 14-10 thanks to an interception and messed up punt catch. Cardinals have only gone about 70 yards total
