Pleased the Eagles won, thought the Chiefs stuff was becoming a bit of a circus really and some of the calls in their favour at times were very questionable. Didn't expect it to be that comfortable either way.

Give me a lower league game of footie please.
I mean half the actual play takes place under a mound of steaming, writhing bodies and scrap metal.
I watched every second of it, including the very long song and dance routine that was the half time entertainment.
Sorry, finally got to sleep at 6am, so i won't be doing that ever again.

Not having a go, just want to say that this narrative is fairly inaccurate IMV. There may be “stoppages” between plays but the game doesn’t come to a halt in those moments, far from it. Just that the onus flips dramatically from players to coaches and back again, in a way that just isn’t possible in soccer.

May not be your cup of tea regardless, but the “actual play” thing is a red herring for me.

I agree with both you and the bear.
There are antics on a football (soccer) pitch during a game where i could happily slap the player concerned, and often did in my playing days, BUT.....
I watch sport of all kinds to watch the action, and whilst i fully admit to not having a clue about the coaching plays and the computer analysis stuff between plays, i find it about as interesting a "watch" as as GON on his fecking computer during a wolves match.
Sorry Al, but i watch to be entertained, (except wolves games which are by their very essence my self flagellation" so it just doesn't do it for me.

Posts plural and his mother is an open supporter wearing pro Trump stuff to Chiefs games. It's not really a stretch.
