Over time they probably will. (Not all obviously) In the same way as most probably weren't Raiders fans when they were in LA. Ultimately the Niners will be their closest side just over the GGB. Divisional rivalries matter a lot more than local ones in the NFL, for example Eagles fans hate Dallas way more than Baltimore who are down the road or the Steelers who are in the same StateOakland fans aren't going to suddenly support the 49ers.

When franchises move shop a lot of fans will continue bowing to the shirt, so to speak. Many St. Louis fans, for example, still love the LA Rams. For these fans, the team is not really linked to geography.
