Totally, I'm fat and slow but still did 5k. Just need to keep doing it now!
Should be really proud of that irrespective of the time. 5k might not seem a huge distance to regular runners but it’s a bloody long way to run non-stop if you haven’t done it for a while.
It’s a great distance too as it’s a really good barometer of fitness, doesn’t take too long out of your schedule to become a drag, and doesn’t put too much strain on the joints either. Well done, keep it up and enjoy it.
