I don’t want it to be Xabi but he’s got to be the only candidate. He seems aware that the form he’s got Leverkusen in won’t be sustainable.

That last game is going to a massive Klopp wankfest.

It's not as if we get much of a mention in games against Liverpool anyway, but it'll be hideous for this.

Imagine if we could spring a win. :ROFLMAO:

Would love a similar game to SAF's last one - 5-5 draw (v Glasgow's fave team)

Actually should have won there when they were notionally still going for the title in 2022. Had tons of chances. One of the very few genuinely good performances under Lage.

Well the news has cheered up Everton fans

I am basing this on the 1 Everton fan who has just spent 15 mins taking the piss out of 3 Liverpool fans (along with moaning about SSN starting a 4 month mourning period for Klopp) in a meeting I have just held with Liverpool City Council.

Only wanted to know how their Salary Sacrifice car scheme was going...

I don't think Liverpool are anything like as badly run as Arsenal were when Wenger left (they've sorted that side out now to a large extent) or United have been since forever and Fergie was propping up everything. Nor is Klopp quite as fundamental to Liverpool as Pep is to City.

Very likely that they'll be fine on the manager front, their bigger challenge is replacing Salah and van Dijk which will probably need doing within the next couple of years.

Shame Gerrard wasn't merely acceptable at Villa because even then there'd be a huge clamour to bring him home la. But you couldn't even do that, could you Steven.

Won't be an eye-watering fee to Liverpool as he'll be 32 then with one year left on his deal. What they offer Salah as a salary is another matter.

(Personally I think that bubble is already looking like it might burst, who wants to live somewhere that shit and play in an awful standard league when you don't have to)

Ruben Neves.

When I say the offer will be huge, I do of course mean to Salah.

They will go all out again next summer and getting Salah in will be seen as a huge step for them.

However Bobby will tell him it's a shit hole and no money makes it worthwhile

It all went tits up when Neto went off and Hwang demonstrated that he used to be unbelievably shit. Possibly the most inept display I’ve witnessed from a Wolves player since Sammy Chapman was manager.

He was horrific on the day. No Hunt vs Watford or Guedioura vs Wigan though!

And I'd say Nunes vs Brighton and Doherty vs Fulham have since surpassed it...

Gued v Wigan!

First time I have genuinely felt sorry for a player despite them being a liability
