The Manager Sacked/Hired Thread 2015/16

Why would Bristol City allow Cotterill to bid £3 million for Clough, and then sack him? It does not ,ale a lot of sense.

He bid £2m. And told the world. So other clubs knew the price. And then City didn't get him.

But surely they wouldn't have sacked him just because Clough did not join Bristol City. Clearly there was another issue which led to his dismissal.

Acting the cock in front of young fans won't have helped him.

And being utterly shit and unsuitable for championship football.

There really are posters on their forums calling for David Moyes.

Owwwwww - my fucking sides

They've won four games all season (and to our eternal discredit, one of them was against us). It's just a results thing primarily, added on top his football is terrible and quite clearly no-one wants to sign for him.

I think they have to be the most deluded fans when it comes to thinking how big they are.

I guess the Chairman thinks if he has a 'name' as a manager it's more likely that players will sign for them. They are offering the fees and the wages so he's looking for other reasons as to why they can't get anyone of note to sign for them... the table may be a good place to start. Expect to see a Hoddle/Wilkins/Reid/Pearce type appointment after he's wasted his time trying to get Moyes and Rodgers interested.

He has two weeks. Nobody is going to be particularly interested and they won't be able to recruit.

Hope they get Colin Wanker.

Evidently Bristol City can't spend money even when they try to. So the best fit would probably be a manager who's never spent anything in his entire career. It's true cos he said so.

Loads of experience of relegation battles as well.

Moyes, Pearson, Redknapp, Monk, Rodgers & Sherwood all mentioned on OTIB. :icon_lol:

They're not all unbearable twots, but OTIB is a proper set of mutoid nutjobs.

I've heard plenty of frustration over their performances this season but not many I know have been calling for his head.

I love it because all of my mates are Brizzle fans and they actually said what am I on about when I laughed at them for wanting either Brendan or Moyes brilliant.
