The Manager Sacked/Hired Thread 2015/16

Obviously the playing style Benitez likes hasn't translated well in Madrid but it still feels strange to me that you can get the sack for losing 3 matches out of 21.

Just ridiculous to appoint him. You know he plays stifling crap, you know he's been on a downward slide for about seven years, you know he alienates players, you know the fans don't want him. Not even a safe pair of hands because of his ego.

I am biased though, I can't stand the beardy prick.

I wonder how long it will take for RAWK to start a thread asking for Saint Rafa to return if Klopp doesn't have Liverpool in the Champions League spots?

Official , the waiter has his P45 and ZZ is the new M'aitre D

Talkshite reckons that ZZ is gettting the gig

So one of the Galacticos becomes the new manager of Real Madrid. The fans will be happy, Florentino Perez will be happy, as they won't need to look for a new manager outside the club. On paper, it looks like the ideal appointment.

My money says it will just be Seedorf at Milan all over again.

Maradona in charge of Argentina was what spang to my mind.

Though I wish him well I can't see how anybody could expect anyone, even Zidane, to step into (arguably) the biggest coaching job in the world, with next to no experience and expect him to get the job done.

I'm going to have a cheeky fiver on him going to arsenal.

I can see it now: 'Now Dave I want you to use your first touch to...... oh'
Pass it forward 10 yards then chase it? Job done. Top coaching from the Pepster.

Kidderminster Harriers part company with Hockaday.

Says to me they have someone lined up for the Summer assuming they stay up that wouldn't come now...Rodgers, Moyes, De Boer?

I suppose a lot will depend on whether they retain their premier league status. I do not think Swansea will be relegated, but if they are, then they will have to set their sights a little lower. Though there again, if Curtis keeps them up, then maybe he deserves to keep the job.

They couldn't get what they wanted and stuck with the guy already there.

Terry Connor???
