Getting back on point, re: the goalkeepers feet on the line, my understanding was that prior to the new rule change, both feet had to be on (or above) the line, but now only one is.
Was it previously the case you could stand behind the line, because this is used as a criticism of the new rule?
I'm not entirely sure how starting behind the line is better than being allowed one foot forward of the line?
And with the new rule, you can have one foot behind anyway?
