He's run Leverkusen ragged tonight, Tah and in particular Tapsoba just haven't been able to deal with him. He should have scored 4 and could have set up another 3, game somehow ended 2-1.

he is very powerful, but not really a poacher..still a very good forward..

If he was clinical in front of goal he would pretty much be impossible to play against i think.

True that, he would be top world class

Think he is world class tbh. Perfect for the way Conte has inter playing, love the way they build their attacks. Not sure we can say he’s not clinical when he’s scored 31 goals this season either

Serie A tbh..not top top world class for me

Oh my god this arse kissing is SO embarrassing. Praising him for changing his run up, the keeper Went the right way!

Soft as shite decision.

Fernandes the second coming because he can score a penalty, now compared to Cantona. Ian Darke is a colossal twat.

He's not clinical. He would 60/70 goals if he was. He's unplayable until 12 yards out imo. Just look at the game tonight and it's pretty much a repeat of what he does every game, sometimes he scores 3 or 4 but more often than not he misses the chances.

It’s embarrassing how he felt someone’s hand on his shoulder, and both his legs went. Cheating bastard.

Agree with that

I'm with the no pen camp, dived all fucking day. How many penalties is that now? He's touched him with his hand but you're giving 10 penalties a game for that if players just went down.

60/70 :icon_lol: even messi doesn’t do that every season! By that logic every striker in the world isn’t clinical, as no one in the world scores every chance they get!

He's control is still pretty hit and miss at times, far better player now under Conte than he has been anywhere previously though. His movement is far better and as you say he's now often the platform that starts a lot of their attacks dropping short rather than the big lump who hung around the box at United.

Think defenders would be better off just leaving him when he goes short, he's not a good enough footballer to hurt you from there but it's a nightmare trying to deal with him running back into that space when he's laid it off. In the box you haven't got much choice but to get tight with him but that players right into his hands, he completely dominates people physically now and that covers a lot of the weaker aspects of his game. The goal tonight is a great example of it, very fortunate with the finish but made the defender look like a little kid when he tried to get tight and stop him turning in the box.

Maybe exaggerating a little with 70 but i think he could get there if he was more clinical. Lewandowski has 54 this season so it's not impossible. Not by that logic at all, i would say Lukaku gets a lot of chances or gets in a lot of positions where he should probably do better.
