The Live Match Discussion Thread: 2019/2020

I think Norwich probably have left themselves a lot to do. Other than that it could be a spectacular finish at the bottom.

Everyone whose on 30 points or less should consider themselves still at risks, also have to consider there's no title race either so Man City and Liverpool may put more emphasis on the CL towards the end of the season which may give up more points.
Think Villa's home fixtures include Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd, Palace, us and Sheff utd. Still have to go to Anfield, Leicester, Everton, Newcastle, West Ham and Bournemouth.

West Ham v Villa on the last day could be a tasty relegation decider

Vardy now picks up a hammy.

Gareth Southgate is going to be picking Connor Coady for the Euros as a forward at this rate!

Plenty of empty seats on the sideline at Old Trafford. I know the Utd fans take the piss out of Man City for not being able to flog their tickets.

Wood puts Burnley one up at Old Trafford

1-1

The as it stands table looks ok now. It won't last!

Wood puts Burnley one up at Old Trafford

Nice. Had a couple of euro on him to score, plus Burnley to win and Wood and Burnley as a double.
Wish I'd backed him to score first at 17/1 though.

Every day I seem convinced another team is certain to drop. West Ham today, utter garbage. In real trouble

Reminds me of Giggs' hit in the FA Cup. Thriker.

Poor Utd fans. Let's hope they don't sack Wally Gunner Solskjaer before they play us.

"Where were you when we were shit?"

"Old Trafford every week at the minute mate."

He's there for the season. Woodward would be toast otherwise.

Marvellous scenes.

Pathetic Man Utd have stewards on the pitch to stop Burnley players getting too close to their own fans to celebrate the win.

This is way I am so keen for us to strengthen. With some additions now and then a good summer and continued improvement of what we have, we can realistically look to (at least temporarily) push on past Utd and Arsenal, we won't get a better chance.

I think Fosun are WELL aware of that. Ground expansion off, investment in the team more important was a pretty clear message. I think the summer will be key.
