Completely different to the Ream one from earlier, who just hauled the City player to the floor. Wasn't as if he scythed the Shrews player down, right decision within the rules. Had he given a free kick instead of the penalty then he could have sent him off.

The rule mentioned by DW said you have to be going for the ball. Wasn’t happening in either case.
