I was not trying JohnnyCVYet you've tried to come across as an expert whilst belittling Jinky's opinion.
Maybe educate yourself a bit first eh?

Bournemouth fan in the office said it was some of the worst football and game management he'd ever seen.
Tactically inept were his words.
I can't remember the last time I saw a manager that hands on in training sessions. Seems strange nowadays, not a criticism just odd to see.
I always appreciated this from my coaches growing up. Of course, different sports and not at the highest professional level.I did cringe a bit that he was joining in and assisting players.
Pretty sure JL and Nuno very much took a step back and let the coaches take the sessions.

Tbf I'd hire Johnny before Frank Lampard.Any Coach/Manager - usually played at the highest level, worked under various coaches, UEFA Pro License, coached youth teams, U23s, first teams, worked as assistant. In and around pro-football for most of their lives to some extent.
They're shit and they know nothing.
Bloke in pub/on forum - I know what I'm talking about because I coached kids/scouted a bit/played Sunday League.
Paying “customer” posting his opinion on a forum where people get offended by little faces shocker.Any Coach/Manager - usually played at the highest level, worked under various coaches, UEFA Pro License, coached youth teams, U23s, first teams, worked as assistant. You highlight the difference between coaching kids and professionals perfectly.I always appreciated this from my coaches growing up. Of course, different sports and not at the highest professional level.

I'm now imagining Johnny giving Fábio et al a Clough at Leeds style dressing down on his first dayTbf I'd hire Johnny before Frank Lampard.
I have to say though, listening to the players talk about how much they enjoy training and how hard they're working does send an irrational shiver down my spine. Last time we heard a Wolves squad say similar things was after a certain D. Saunders took over.
