None of the £44M for Nunes has any serious credibility.

1 Liverpool could have saved £10M
2. Wolves have to buy a replacement and possibly a replacement for Neves at the same time as replacing Moutinho.
3 He ain't exactly done enough to warrant a £10m increase
4, FFS there are better ways to invest than a provincial football club with a 30,000 stadium.

I read the article by Percy and I don't think it says anywhere in the article, that Wolves would agree to sell Nunes. Percy, in this article uses if and could, so in my opinion there isn't really much of a story.

if involved then they're unofficially using a Wolves credit line - Wolves take the hit paying a large portion of the fee to Sporting up front, Liverpool then structure the deal with Wolves where they pay the balance over 26 years as they are Jota.
