We’ve got to trust the process, unless we’re bottom three at Christmas then the process goes out the window while they panic sign players to keep us up, for a whole new summer of FFP issues and needing to sell before we can buy and trust the process

Thanks Rafiki.

Jokes aside, it's a good point. If Fosun are truly "invested", what's going to happen in January if everything is as shit as expected? Not going to get many bargain deals again if other teams know you've hit the panic button.

It's all so short-sighted.

Missed the game, many positives...? Regarding Shi's letter...sounds like Fosun are here for the long haul..unless they are Trump liars..

They've delivered 50% of what they originally promised?

So I've got 2 new members of staff who can have a competition to see who makes the best tea, a company car and my desk is sat with minions?

For £7m a year I'd suffer it probably.
You thought Doherty was class so you’d probably be happy with an apprentice as MD.

Pete O'Rourke saying Cundle is going to Plymouth on loan. That'll be an interesting one, they're favourites to go down but based on the highlights from yesterday (I know, I know) they've got a lot of attacking talent. They play a 4-3-3 as well which should suit him.

They were 3-4-3 for almost all of last season, but changed yesterday as they're missing three centre halves. They're a good outfit and shouldn't be anywhere near going down. Interesting to see whether they switch back.

He'll be competing against Azaz, who was absolute mustard for them in the first half of last season before getting inured.

Apparently they've played 4-3-3 all pre-season, so it does look like a planned switch. Possibly explains why they've not come back for Lonwijk too.

That should suit him well, hopefully we can play in there alongside Azaz with Mumba and Whittaker wide, who are real threats.

I see Chalobah's agent is trying to get him a move this morning.

We should be all over that if we can get him on a loan to buy (as is rumoured).

Doyle again linked this morning too.

I wouldn't be disappointed with those two and Scott as our only transfer business before the end of the window.

Doyle has been linked with Celtic as well.
