When I said work permit issues I should have clarified that it is likely to be the Home Office and FA slowing things down getting it through. Not his qualification for it.

Few suggestions that Everton are in for Felipe

FWIW when I looked at KUMB after we beat them their Dawson thread was very complimentary. They say he always gives his all and has been one of their best defenders.

Didn't realise until now that Sarabia is one of the players we all laughed at for missing a penalty against Morrocco. Not only that he was brought on for it
Neves missed a penalty for us last week and we think he's one of our greatest ever players , and rightly so . Lots of players miss them , even Harry .
I think Spain missed all three penalties that day .

Liverpool are keen on signing Matheus Nunes for next season, he's part of the list - been told potential #LFC future move was already discussed ahead of his move to Wolves #transfers

Nunes, not alternative to Jude Bellingham but one more option as Keita/Oxlade could leave.

I just wished they would have signed him this summer. Save all the fucking heartache next summer. Liverpool very clever, let him bed into the Prem and then go fuck you Wolves without even a thank you note.

Guess it was the only way we could get him. Gutted tbh. If Neves goes, we're losing both our first choice CM's and that's going to leave us in a tricky position going in to next season. Assume Gomes is being signed with a long term view of having him first choice, but then we're expecting a lot of Moutinho (again) & Bouba so we'll have to hit the market again.

I hope we flip him on for a big profit (IF we have to sell, but they don't get any more reliable than Fab), but from what I can see, we already agreed on a £45m fee.

As it is now, yes. Whether that's still the case in 6 months, maybe not.

I doubt he will have come here to sit on the bench the entirety of his contract.

This is why it’s important to get these CM signings done in Jan.

If Gomes lives up to the hype, B Traore continues to progress when fit and Lemina is decent then we won’t be that worse off if at all from the start of this season. Then we might be looking for someone to supplement rather than rip it all up

I just can't see Nunes moving on unless we are near doubling our money. Liverpool may aswell spend the extra 20/30m on Bellingham.

I hope we've verbally agreed something with Liverpool and then just say "lol" when they bid in the summer

Sarabia is here. Saw the silver people carrier pulling out of Compton this morning with folks in it.

Crap photos from a mobile phone while you’re up a tree or we don’t believe you’re #ITK

On the Nunes situation and indeed Neves - you'd like to think that if our present form remains and improves beyond that , that JLs presence , style and man management skills would play a large part in encouraging those two lads to stay .
Big fish in small pond and all that .

Ocampos recalled by Sevilla, Ocampos can't play for anyone else. I wonder if Sevilla are selling someone?
