Only some good quality mince, but it's been in the slow cooker for a long time so should still be decent.
 
Ah right. Try using a flat iron steak. It's probably my favourite cut tbh, and much cheaper, probably about a tenner a kilo. Could either do individuals, or get a longer piece and cut it in half then stack and tie them together.
 
I had Lobster for Lunch today. I really like fish but it was ....OK...ish.

Not over impressed.

Just had King Prawn Curry, Mixed Veg with Black Bean Sauce and Boiled Rice from the Chinese.
Lovely!!

I love Lobster. Especially Lobster Thermidor ( might be spelt wrong ) if done correctly.
 
Chocolate covered bacon and chocolate covered potato chips. Plus a beer.

Im drinking nutrilett for 21 days to lose weight, on my fifth day now and lost 5kg..gonna continue drinking this chocolate five times per day..love reading this lovely food thread and watching jamie oliver cook some juicy food... :(

That sounds much better than the cabbage water diet I did! Im at a weight where I'm comfortable and happy with, but rebel treats like tonights are a real treat for me :)

1kg per day weightloss is unhealthy though.

Leg of lamb with boulangere potatoes today.

Lovely slow 5 hour cook
 
Bit of Wiltshire Gammon with roast potatoes/carrots & parsnips today - very palatable
 
A bit like dauphinoise, but without the cream or garlic, Sue.
 
Pineapple Jelly with chunks of fresh pineapple in it, with Cool Whip.
