The " Honey I'm home and I'm bloody starving , what's for dinner " Thread.

I made nachos last night that were simply indescribable... my taste buds are still having flashbacks

Used my slow cooker for the first time today(i know ppb  ).. made just more than a kilo of pulled pork with onions and eaten with coleslaw, rice or smashed potatoes..gonna leave a bit and eat the leftovers as burgers with some nice stuff..very easy to make :)

Congratulations, you've only had it 8 months !!

Hahaa, good one langers..very tender meat after 8 months though i muust say :)

I've got pig's cheeks in the slow cooker atm. Made an apple and plum sauce, mixed with stock, onions, carrots and squash, will serve with black pudding and mustard mash. Can't bloody wait!

Don't think ive ever had pigs cheeks :/. Sounds like it could be nice though.

I'm cheffing a dinner party for acropolis 1 on Saturday night, after we all attended an Indian resturaunt a few weeks ago only to find IMO the food was crap and the portions miniscule.

Am cooking a kashmiri beef curry with Spinach and coconut milk, Chicken Tikka Massala, Bombay potatoes, and onion Bhaji's. I'm halfway through the beef curry at the moment and the smell and regular tasting (chef's priveledge) is killing me.

If i taste it many more times, i will have to start a new one tommorrow, ha ha ha.
