Lst night was chargrilled fish, covered in tomatoes & basil & oregano, with mash & peas.
Not sure for today, thinking chicken with a cheese & ham sauce.

Lamb for me too - but in a hotpot with carrot, onion, parsnips, peas, broad beans (basically any veg I had around) with a layer of sliced potato on top. Stock plus seasoning &herbs.

2 hrs in the oven with the casserole top off for the last 30mins to brown the potatoes.

In the oven now whilst I watch Wrexham v Woking FA Cup 1st round on welsh TV. Weird experience as commentary/punditry in Welsh, but with odd English words thrown in where there's no Welsh equivalent :icon_biggrin:

My first pre-match team talk when I played in Wales was mad. I understood "midfield" so I knew something was going to be happening there. Really helped that my team mates then spoke in Welsh during the game so the teams from Wrexham (full of scousers) didn't understand them.

Why not, its hardly rocket science or time consuming. Make a big pan full, freeze leftovers for other days. No more shit, boxed bought frozen shite
