Gorgeous and so easy.
We had a big ham joint slow cooked and pulled for Susie's Christening and a pile of lovely fresh bread rolls.
People just helped themselves and put their own combos together with it.
Easy for us, tasty for them.

Simple homemade Sauce

Juice from 3 Oranges, some grated Ginger and teaspoon of honey and small amount of cornflour. 2 Oranges chopped up added to the sauce later on.

Pork chops with honey, soy, garlic and ginger, sweet pot, carrot and garlic mash + sauteed savoy + red onion for tonight's tea.
