Wife just cooked Flamaquinas and Tortilla sacromonte
, Flamaquinas are chicken fillets, cured ham , wrapped in breadcrumbs and fried in olive oil. The omelette is cooked with eggs, onion, green peppers and potatoes, of course cooked in olive oil.

Saw this post earlier and thought hmmm, why not so thats what I've done for tea
