I don't think I've ever tried artichoke but that sounds rank.
Paddy, you can join my kitchen anytime..also love cooking..sounds delishFor tonight I have just stuffed two chicken breasts with a mix of cream cheese, lemon zest, garlic, a little chilli, and quite a bit of parsley, and wrapped them in parma ham. Bit of lemon juice over the top, bit of black pepper and then it will have a quick roast in the oven. Home made chips and steamed veg to go with.
