Blimey,I have loads Will inbox you some recipes over the next couple of days. Basically ya just bung everything and anything in the pot and hey presto ! You have to let me know though if you can get 'slow cooker seasoning pkts ' in your supermarkets' for beef, pork and chicken . You have to have some kind of gravy , sauce, liquids, for the meat to be fall apart gorgeousness.

Bloody hell, just spent half an hour sending you recipes, pressed send and told me I had no connection on my kindle. I then lost what I had typed. Will send them again from main pc later. Will also ask Kenny if he will put a pic up on here for me so I can show you what im on about

Just stick some beef, onions, garlic, a few glugs of red and a nice bit of stock in there and you'll be on to a winner every time. Slow cookers are the one.
