The " Honey I'm home and I'm bloody starving , what's for dinner " Thread.

Onion has no place in a sandwich either. I thought you were a good guy and all, Lycan.

Blimey, I'm betting slaughtered for having cold egg and ketchup by the bizarre condiment brigade! Well, I like cold egg and ketchup sarnies :)

Have to disagree with machin about the onion, depends whats on the sarnie, it works with cheese or a ham salad sarnie for me. Also on cheese on toast with slices of red onion in the melted cheese is lovely. This also needs HP though.

Bullshit - what about the cheese and onion cobs in the Western? They're awesome.

Onion in a sandwich is rank. The smell and flavour overpowers anything and anyone in a 5m radius.

I'm currently tucking in to a Chicken Kiev crusty cob. No sauce required.

That sounds epic! Reminds me of Secret Eaters on channel 4 when one partcular lardy legend would get make himself a pukka pie cob for lunch!

Have you even tried it?

No, I haven't tried custard on potato waffles or a brown sauce milkshake either.

I had a piece of last nights left over steak pie afterwards. I may have been tempted to stick it in the cob but there wasn't much room with the chicken kiev in there. On Monday, a work colleague brought in a box full of massive vegetable samosa's. They went quite well with the cheese and ham that was already in my cobs! I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

At least I know that your criticism is unfounded....

I bet you an American based lady and a Burton lad on here have though (probably with Salad Cream as well)
