I've never had hollandaise sauce, and I wouldn't ever be arsed to make it or eggs benedict. I'll just stick to poached egg on toast. Much easier.
It is a fucking simple thing to make. And of you are a lazy so-and-so there are sauce packs in every supermarket that will do a job. So boiling a sauce mix and pouring it on is just basically like as hard as Heston Blumenthal recipes on acid.
