The " Honey I'm home and I'm bloody starving , what's for dinner " Thread.

Boiled egg , beetroot and salad cream, yahooo, well mentioned Sooze, i'm off to the bakers first thing, as i still have some salad cream left i brought back from Germany.
 
Got home tonight in a storm of biblical proportions to find my dining room had become a swimming pool, couldn't be arsed to cook a proper dinner after that lot, so i had roast chicken and spring onions on crusty bread, it was yummy but i was so hungry afterwards so i had home made burgers with Heinz ketchup, mustard and fried onions with a light splash of teryaki sauce as a second course. I may be in a very merry coma in a few minutes, ha ha ha.

Chicken Chasseur with mash today. I bloody love chicken chasseur. Got to be one of my favourite meals.
 
Not sure about dinner tonight but I have egg and ketchup sandwiches for my lunch today. It was about the best I could cobble together this morning!
 
Egg sandwiches are the work of the devil.
 
I used to despise egg sarnies because of the smell, but now I love them. A bit like Dougal.

Love it too Bear, but i'd swap the mash for chips. So that the chips all go soggy from the sauce/gravy.
 
I would never have ketchup on egg sarnies, but I always have it with poached egg on toast.
 
Cold egg = Salad cream
Warm egg = Tom sauce

These days if I have egg on toast or scrambled egg then it's always with HP. I never have poached eggs, mainly cos I can't do them!

Would never have ketchup on cold egg.
 
I love cold eggs.I always slice one and put it on me salads.
 
Ah yes, scrambled egg requires HP, otherwise it's ketchup.
 
I love egg & cress. Usually go for cheese & onion though.
