These LLMs are legitimately going to be a sea-change a la the internet, IMO. Whether they end up being good at tactical analysis in the short term is a mystery. In the medium to long term, I absolutely expect clubs will be integrating their statistical analysis with LLMs of some kind (if they aren’t doing so already).
These things are evolving incredibly quickly.
