In fairness during Lockdown I, BBC showed the full Cameroon 1990 game and he did dig us out.

He absolutely should have saved the Brehme free kick though, deflection or not. And his penalty "strategy" was ridiculous. If it were a continual 32 year shootout then he still wouldn't have saved one now.

Never saw Shilton play. But never did understand how micro Maradona managed to outjump him to score the hand of god goal. I know he used his hand… but it was barely fully out stretched and even if it was he still shouldn’t have been anywhere near it. Shilton barely gets off the floor!
