explains a lot about why mckay has been trying to get his excuses in early. initially i thought it was due to his ban, but this is getting murkier. The body representing air charter companies has called on aviation regulators to investigate the series of flights leading up to the plane crash which killed footballer Emiliano Sala.
The Air Charter Association (Baca) has concerns about the nature of the schedule of flights arranged by agents behind the multi-million pound transfer deal to bring Sala to Cardiff City from French side Nantes.
It wants the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) - which has an enforcement division - to investigate.

I'm sure Bolton's supporters will be pleased to hear such an informative statement. Fucking hell.
FWIW, I loathe and detest Bolton as much as anyone, but I can't wish liquidation on anyone. A lot of good people are close to losing their club.
Bolton Wanderers' High Court hearing over an unpaid tax bill of £1.2m has been adjourned until 3 April.
The Championship club, who are up for sale, received a winding-up petition from HM Revenue & Customs in February.
However, it is understood owner Ken Anderson has agreed terms with a buyer who is willing to pay off their debts.
On Tuesday, Bolton confirmed takeover talks with an interested party, believed to be the Football Ventures consortium, had ended.
My mate played for their academy all through that era. Never asked him if anything happened, but he's a little unusual.
People have tried over the years. He's separated himself off and started a new life now. Very successful in what he does professionally, but not much of a personal life afaikThere might be a reason he's a little unusual, might be worth just saying he can talk to you if he needs to
